If the humidor you want is not in stock we will give you a good idea of how long it would take to build.

Shipping:
If in stock we can typically ship within 24 hours.  When your humidor is picked up by freight we will then contact you with the tracking info.  All humidors are sent signature required so you will have an opportunity to look it over for any shipping damages and note it on the freights paperwork if needed.  99% of all deliveries have no freight damage.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We pass along a 3% discount, (average merchant credit card charge cost), for any orders paying by check or bank wire.  Please make checks to Generation Lux Humidor, thank you.  We will send you bank wire information upon request.

Your personal Information and credit card information is never resold, or given to a third party. The only information given is to the shipping company so they may deliver your purchase to your address

Warranty
We provide a full manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns
We have had 0 complaints with the Better Business Bureau.  Each grandeur piece is a one of a kind and all sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds. We do guarantee the humidor to be beautiful and of the highest quality, and of course new and never been used when you receive it.

Please contact to see if we have the humidor you want in our stock, otherwise due to the one of a kind distinct handcraftsmanship put into each and every humidor please have patience and expect about 1-2 months for humidors of this quality and grandeur to be made.
